… Well sometimes that doesn’t work..

And if you want regain a level of performance and mobility that you lost it is almost never the answer...

I know, because I tried.

I hated it because I wasn’t even 20 years old and I felt like my body was slowly suffocating me.

Just think about it: 

 What is fascia and why should I care? Fascia is the connective tissue that brings your entire body together (bones, muscles, tendons, organs, etc). Fascia dictates movement, and when it’s dysfunctional, you get pain, stiffness, and weakness

 How does fascia work? Fascia is an “elastic” tissue. It’s a collection of “sheets” which you can visualize similar to a lasagna of the body. When you move, before muscles move, these overlapping sheets glide over each other. It also makes up 18-23 kg (40-50lb) of ur total body mass.

 How does fascia relate to flexibility/mobility? If your fascia is healthy (lubricated, hydrated, strong) then it will glide smoothly when you do the splits for example. If fascia is tight and sticky, then what feels like muscle stiffness is actually the fascia network getting stuck to itself

 How does fascia relate to my pain? Fascia is incredibly sensitive. When you develop fascia adhesions (layers stick together), that creates tension deep in the body. It is excruciating, and most standard approaches can’t address it (more on that later).

 How does fascia relate to strength, power, athleticism? Every form of athleticism is the combination/coordination of multiple muscle groups. Fascia is what ties them all together and makes the motion fluid. You can more power output by simply fixing the connection between the muscles.

And That Was The Birth OfMy Journey To Achieve Effortless Movement

After doing a bit of research - I started to realize that the pain and stiffness in my body was not a muscle problem at all.
